NexRep Compensation
Q. When do I get paid?
A. NexRing independent agents will be paid for all sales completed using the NexRing system, and these payments will be made on a bi-weekly basis based upon the specific payout schedule for each product (as detailed inside of the NexRing system).
Q. How are my commissions calculated?
A. Each product in the NexRing system will have specific commission tables, and in many cases, individual products within a grouping of products will have a different pay out based on what your customer purchases. All commission amounts are detailed in the product documentation inside of the NexRing system.
Q. How are my commissions paid out to me?
A. NexRing commissions will be paid on an electronic basis, directly to a designated electronic card that has been assigned to the NexRep. A NexRep will have a rechargeable e-card to rapidly gain access to commission payments for use by the NexRep.
Q. Can my commission income be used to apply to my monthly NexRing system cost?
A. Currently, the NexRing system does not support this model.

Q. What do I need to install on my computer to use NexRing?
A. All that most people need to install on their computer to use the NexRing system is a Soft Phone. This is a free piece of software that is downloaded onto your PC or Mac computer, and is already programmed to work with the NexRing system. This soft phone allows you to make phone calls directly from your computer! All of the information you will need to download/install the soft phone onto your computer is available to you directly in the NexRing system. It's very easy to install, and once you do it, you will never have to think about it again!
Q. With the soft phone, do I pay for minutes used on my system?
A. All of the usage fees are integrated into your monthly service fee, so there will never be any surprise charges for using NexRing! However, all of the features of the NexRing system, including the use of the soft phone, are exclusively limited to transactions related to NexRing and its products, and is subject to cancellation due to abusive usage. All of these restrictions and limitations are detailed in the Terms & Conditions section of the NexRing Agent Agreement.
Q. Can I use a laptop computer with NexRing?
A. Yes! You can use a laptop with the NexRing system as long as your laptop has the computing power detailed above, has high-speed Internet connectivity, and has a USB connection for your handset or headset to ensure quality communication with the soft phone configuration.
Q. Can I use an iPad?
A. Currently, the iPad is not supported by the NexRing system.
Q. Do I need to have a headset?
A. Yes, you do. We highly discourage using the built-in speakers and microphone on your computer because it can severely impact the quality and professionalism of your sales sessions. Headsets that are compatible with most computers can be found at any major electronics store in your area, or online.
Q. What if I don't like to use a headset?
A. You can also use a handset instead of a headset if you prefer, however, you may find the headset is easier to use when interacting with the NexRing system. While not as common as headsets, handsets are also available at most major electronics store in your area, or online.
Q. Why do I need a printer?
A. We highly recommend that you have a printer connected to the computer you use with your NexRing system so you can print out helpful sales materials and product information to help you process your sales more effectively. Most computer screens have a limited amount of viewing space between windows, and it can be very distracting to have multiple documents in your view at one time. By printing out the helpful documents we provide to our NexReps, you can stay sharp and prepared when pitching your products to a hot lead!
